Charlotte Gambling

Charlotte is the Chief Legal Officer of Iqarus. A member of the Executive Committee, Charlotte is the head of the group’s legal and compliance function, as well as a member of the group’s Information Security & Data Protection Committee, the Ethics Committee and the Health and Safety Committee. Charlotte has 14 years of experience as a General Counsel (Head of Legal) in the UK, USA and the Middle East, across various industries. She has worked internationally in a variety of challenging environments alongside private, government and NGO clients.

Charlotte is well recognised for her keen ability to identify proactive and commercial solutions to eliminate or mitigate risks. She has a deep skill set, and extensive experience in corporate and commercial law and is highly experienced in steering commercial transactions through their entire lifecycle. Charlotte is also responsible for setting and ensuring compliance with Iqarus internal governance policies, as well an ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all jurisdictions that Iqarus operates. Charlotte was called to the bar of England & Wales as a barrister and holds a bachelors in Law LLB (Hons) and a PgDip Bar Vocational Studies. Charlotte is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (Inn of Court).
