Giles Harrison
Chief Operations Officer
Giles Harrison joined Iqarus as Chief Operations Officer in February 2022. Previous experience in challenging environments include roles as Managing Director Middle East and Africa, and Vice President Global Operations for GardaWorld, and Managing Director of G4S Risk Management Limited.
Originally from England, Giles served 22 years with the British Army, during which time he commanded his regiment, and served on operations around the globe, including Belize, Bosnia, Germany, and Iraq. During his time in the Armed Forces, Giles was responsible for strategic and operational planning, and control of manning and assets; his final posting being Assistant Head, Armed Forces Equipment Programme for Ground Manoeuvre. Giles holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Cranfield University and an MA in Military Studies.
Giles’s experience provides him with the skills to deliver a quality service to clients in challenging circumstances, as well as the ability to develop a scalable and compliant business tailored to client needs.
