Nicolas Wauters
Head of Sales
Nicolas Wauters was appointed Chief Commercial Officer for Iqarus in 2022. He is responsible for driving the global growth agenda and further strengthening and evolving the Iqarus strategic sales management functions. Previously, he has worked for more than 12 years with International SOS in various commercial and general management leadership roles across Asia, Africa, and Europe. He will also be driving enhanced collaboration across the broader International SOS group of companies.
Prior appointments during his 12-year tenure with Deutsche Post DHL include Global Vice President, Telecom Sector and Regional Customer Manager (Europe & Middle East and Africa Region).
Originally from Belgium, Nic has a master’s degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Brussels (VUB), and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Institute for Higher Education in Economics of Antwerp. He holds a Business Leaders Diploma from Cranfield University’s School of Management. Nic is also Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) trained by the American Heart Association and an enthusiastic pilot.
