Challenge
NATO operations in Kosovo required a fully integrated Role 2 medical facility capable of being rapidly established and embedded within existing medical command and control structures.
Solution
Iqarus designed, built, equipped, staffed and mobilised a turnkey Role 2 (Basic) Field Hospital, providing Damage Control Surgery, intensive care, primary healthcare and integrated diagnostic and pharmacy services.
Impact
The facility was fully operational within nine weeks of contract signature, delivering a NATO-standard medical capability integrated directly into NATO medical and operational command structures.
