Course Overview
Iqarus delivers Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training for military personnel and operational medics, developing the knowledge and practical skills required to manage casualties from point of injury through the tactical evacuation pathway.
Drawing on real-world operational experience, training combines evidence-based trauma care with practical application to prepare personnel to deliver effective casualty care in battlefield environments.
Training Pathways
TCCC ASM – All Service Members
Entry-level training for personnel with no medical experience, providing standardised best practice in care under fire and essential life-saving skills.
Duration: 1 dayTCCC CLS – Combat Life Saver
Intermediate training developing more advanced treatment skills across care under fire and tactical field care, enabling personnel to provide enhanced battlefield medical support.
Duration: 5 daysTCCC CMC – Combat Medic / Corpsman
Advanced training for deployed operational medics, developing the additional skills and knowledge required to manage casualties across the evacuation pathway, from point of injury through to higher levels of care.

Military personnel, combat lifesavers and operational medics requiring a level of TCCC training appropriate to their role and operational requirements.
Standards & Accreditation
TCCC training is delivered in accordance with the policies and protocols of the US Defense Health Agency (DHA) Joint Trauma System (JTS).
Iqarus is an NAEMT Authorised Training Centre (No. 5909) and training provides CPD hours externally accredited by UK CPD.
