We designed, manufactured, deployed, staffed, equipped and operated a mobile and rapidly deployable Damage Control Surgery facility to support military forces operating in Niger.
The project allowed the mission to extend its reach across the country and enabled its decentralised approach for conducting capacity-building missions by ensuring the 10-1-2 clinical timeline rule.
This ‘turnkey’ solution was packed into four standard-sized ISO containers. Six medical staff were deployed, along with teams to provide management, facilities management and supply chain.
