Good governance is essential for ensuring the highest standards and quality of healthcare. This theme is central to the way we conduct ourselves, through the delivery of our healthcare services to our patients and on behalf of the missions we support.

Iqarus is an ISO 9001:2015 certified business and maintains a clearly defined and developed Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS is readily accessible to staff and is used as a primary resource to drive our daily work. Quality and continuous improvement are fundamental elements of the Iqarus culture.

We aim to continually improve quality, reduce operational risk, and improve client satisfaction through the effective application of the QMS. All our policies comply with corresponding international and standards. And we are committed to providing quality assured services that meet globally recognised and independent certification standards.

Information Security

As part of our commitment to meeting globally recognised, independent certification standards. Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) is consistent with international standard ISO 27001:2013. The ISMS is established to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information and the information of our clients and patients.

Whistle Blowing

Iqarus recognises the importance of Whistleblowing in the prevention and treatment of wrongdoing. We work to provide a high standard of medical services in often challenging working environments, whilst using all reasonable efforts to uphold the highest ethical standards.

The Whistleblowing channel is to be used for serious and sensitive concerns which, due to the nature of the concern, cannot be reported through the normal reporting lines.
The aim of this channel is to detect any unethical, immoral, improper, or illegitimate activity, that may have occurred or could be occurring.
Any activity which goes against our ethical principles and regulations, or the good governance of the business.

We encourage our employees, customers, business partners and stakeholders to report suspicions to Whistleblower@Iqarus.com.
All reports will be handled in the strictest of confidence.
