We recruited, trained, deployed, staffed, equipped and operated two Regional Aeromedical Evacuation Teams (AMET) to support military forces operating in Niger.

The project allowed the mission to extend its reach across the country and enabled its decentralised approach for conducting capacity-building missions by ensuring the 10-1-2 clinical timeline rule.

This ‘turnkey’ solution was delivered by four team members, with an additional six staff held as a standby surge capability to generate a second AMET within 30 days.
