Iqarus has provided aeromedical evacuation services for forces, allies, and partners operating with a cross-border defence agency in Niger.

Due to the lack of appropriate medical facilities, the mission relies on an established Role 2 field hospital in Mali which provided damage control surgery and medical stabilisation of a casualty prior to evacuation for definitive care.

The mission required provision of in-theatre AIRMEDEVAC (AE) service with coverage over six regions.
