We recruited, trained, deployed, equipped and managed up to 50 ALS Paramedics, who worked as both paramedic and critical care teams to provide “outside the wire” direct medical support in Ukraine for a special monitoring mission. An additional 10 paramedics were on standby to provide surge capability, if required within 30 days.
To support the mission and to follow to 10-1-2 clinical guidelines, we helped to implement a sophisticated network of pre-hospital CASEVAC and Critical Care Transfer (CCT) MEDEVAC for over 800 staff in Eastern Ukraine.
To recruit, train, deploy, staff, equip and operate 9 paramedic and 3 critical care teams to provide “outside the wire” direct medical support to OSCE patrols operating in the Zone of Conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
The OSCE SMM was conducting an international and strategically important monitoring mission in the conflict affected regions of Eastern Ukraine. To support the Mission and to adhere to planning guidelines, the OSCE has implemented a sophisticated network of pre-hospital CASEVAC and Critical Care Transfer (CCT) MEDEVAC to support over 800 Mission Monitors.
We provided a tailored solution with 76 paramedics to deliver the project. And an additional 10 paramedics held as a standby surge capability, who could be deployed within 30 days’ notice. Our teams integrated seamlessly into the OSCE’s medical and operations systems.
